The Rental Property Owners Association is a member based, non-profit organization serving the Greater Seacoast area of New Hampshire and Maine. Consisting of a diverse group of rental property owners and managers from various backgrounds, its mission is to promote education and a better understanding of rental property ownership and landlord/tenant relations.
The organization is a great resource for property owners and managers alike. Some of the many benefits include:
